Tasmania generates more electricity per head of population than any place in the world except Norway, and 99 per cent of that power is generated from clean, self-renewing water. In this exploration, Lifeblood seeks to capture the foresight and determination of those who began harnessing this priceless resource late last century, and built an efficient statewide energy grid.
