We provide exchange or store credit for 14 days when purchases are returned as new.  This excludes sale items.

Items returned to sender

If a parcel is returned to us because it was uncollected from a Post Office/parcel locker, or the wrong address was provided, it will be treated as a return.  We will refund the cost of the items minus the original shipping fees when we receive it.  We are happy to post it out again at buyer’s cost.
