Japan Travel Reference Map

This Japan Road and Rail Map from ITMB is a waterproof, double-sided map of the country at a 1:1,000,000 scale.

This map covers the entire country, with the northern portion on one side and the southern on the other.  As most visitors to this country travel by train, both rapid speed ‘Shinkensen’ lines (in red) and the regular lines (in black) are clearly identifiable.

The map also shows the entire motorway network of Japan, the main highways, and as many urban areas as that can be fit in without over-crowding, along with major tourist attractions.

Side one includes inset maps of Tokyo, Osaka/Kobe and Kyoto/Nara, and side two includes insets of the southern ‘outer’ islands, such as Okinawa and Satsunan.

This map is printed on durable waterproof paper.
